Job Description
As a Marketing Team Lead at Creative Hands Agency, you will be responsible for guiding and leading a dynamic marketing team to create innovative and impactful marketing strategies for clients. This role involves overseeing the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, and driving results that contribute to the growth of both the agency and its clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver integrated marketing solutions, events, and exhibitions, while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring the development and execution of high-quality marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and expectations.
- • Manage and oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- • Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling content, from copywriting to design, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and activations, integrating them with broader marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- • Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the agency’s KPIs, tracking performance metrics, ROI, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring satisfaction with all marketing activities.
- • Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and industry innovations, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
- • Oversee the preparation of professional reports and presentations for clients, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- • Drive innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative problem-solving and new approaches to campaigns and client projects.
- • Provide on-the-ground support for client activations and events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing a team.
- •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- •Required: Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- •Experience in the Gulf market is preferred.
- •Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and team-building skills.
- • Expertise in digital marketing tools, media buying, and campaign management.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- •Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •Preferred: Marketing certifications or advanced qualifications.
- • Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
