Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Social media specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing our different Social Media strategies for clients to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts for different social media platforms. He/She will work closely with our clients’ Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms with strong knowledge for different clients.
- Creates marketing plans and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules for different clients
- Plans and executes SEM, email, social media, and plans for marketing campaigns.
- Manage any crisis within the moderated account and be aware of the whole situation.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities weekly.
- Attend meetings with clients to support updated details and campaigns
- Monitor & review all marketing activities and results daily, and act as an expert to help sell the company’s digital media services to clients and prospects.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for accounts monthly reports.
- Carries out all the functions required by the Account manager.
- Targeting content to specific audiences and focusing on trending topics.
- Identifying clients’ needs and recommending new topics.
- Contributing ideas that generate added client activity leading to more client success beyond normally scheduled projects.
- Planning, Writing, Editing, Managing, and Monitoring of content from the research stage to post-production.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: +4/7 years of experience in the same position of agencies with proven data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Required: Make at least 8 successful campaigns with proven details.
- Experience in the Gulf market
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of media buying
- Communication, Leadership, People & Time Management, Great interpersonal, Budgeting, Organized, Creative, and Multi-Tasking skills.
- Very Good to Excellent in English.
- A Marketing Diploma is preferred.
- Experience in using basic Photoshop, and Microsoft programs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
